How and when your envelope is mailed.

Where we ship

We mail worldwide. Wherever your letterbox is, your envelope will find it.

Postage

Worldwide postage is included in every membership and back-issue price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Timing

Each month's ordering window closes on the 18th, and envelopes are typically mailed around the 25th. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after mailing. International delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks.

Customs and import fees

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their destination country.

Address changes

Update your address in your account or email us at theclassicalsnail@gmail.com. Changes saved before the 18th apply to that month's mailing; later changes apply to the following month.
