What we collect

Account details, mailing addresses, order history, gift recipient details you provide, and email marketing consent. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To fulfill mailings, manage memberships, provide support, and — only with your explicit consent — send marketing email. We do not sell personal information.

Recipient information

Gift recipient names and addresses are used solely to fulfil the gift. Recipients may ask us to delete their details once the gift term ends.

Your choices

You can update your mailing address and birthday month in your account. To request access to, correction, export, or deletion of your information, email theclassicalsnail@gmail.com. To stop marketing email, reply to any of our emails or write to the same address and we'll remove you.
